Osaka Brand New Single Family House Builder: Nomura Koumuten Corporation.
This is our basic stance showing our idea to work thoroughly in earnest to build our customers' houses.
Based on it, we have set 2 points as our management principles:
1. Creating communities which contribute to the environment
2. Building houses which could be passed on to the next generation
Developing subdivisions is a big "surgery" of the ground which will change the landscape of the region, including the surrounding area.
It is in the greatest respect to nature that we have "operated" to create communities where future residents will be able to enjoy and live richer daily lives through development plans which take the natural environment into account.
Creating communities for which even people living the surrounding area would say "We are happy because of the community created by Nomura", we will add value to the land and protect precious properties of the residents.
Without waiting for the establishment of a Law for Promoting Diffusion of Long-Term Good Housing, we have suggested to build houses in which our customers can live for a long time.
Good construction materials, highly durable coating materials, designs loved for a long time, and floor plans which consider daily life and satisfy residents after they start to live there.
We are trying to build houses which realize our customers' fertile lives by keeping high property values for a long time and which can change customers' satisfaction to a positive evaluation of use.
We don't do what other companies do. We shall do what others cannot do.
We only offer what surpasses our customers' ideals!
In order to surpass our customers' ideals, first we try to create communities and build houses with a serious attitude to "think it is our own house", always giving our energy to our job.
Furthermore, we would like to keep providing houses with high quality, that are fashionable, and full of "Nomura-ism" so that our customers - residents - will be able to harbor their dreams.
